I really like the baggy style of the black pants, mostly the Yohji ones, would it be possible to like take up the waist of some XL black suit pants and achieve a similar baggy look, or would it just look weird? also post cool Yohji fits so I can feel poor

other anons are going to tell you they will be nothing like yohji pants.

specifaclly the construction of the pants and the material used on them.

For your reference, this is what separates Yohji's wide pants from everything else.

there is absolutely no substitute for yohji. theres more to it than oversizing.

also support yohji you fuccboi as he is one of the few consistently good designers nowadays. buy at grailed or something if youre too broke

What's the going rate for these second hand? I fucking love them and I own and have paid retail for numerous high end pieces but $1200 on pants is NOT something I can justify.

Not as easy to achieve, as you think. The pants are cut very different from ordinary suit pants. But you can always try do make some yourself. I made some Yohji inspired Hakama pants. Took a few weeks, but definitely worth it.
