I'm one of these guys who wear really casual clothes sneakers, tshirt, jeans, tracksuit bottoms, hoodies etc. Also my hair is short and just sits flat on my head since I don't do anything. Everyone tells me to wear more trendy clothes and style my hair but it looks so feminine and it seems the only guys who can pull it off are naturally very attractive and appeal to people regardless of how they dress. Is it worth changing the way I dress to get more respect from people ?
Picture related this is what i would wear for example on a night out

You don't have to wear things you don't like. If hoodie and jeans everyday suits your taste in clothing and lifestyle then by all means stick to it

it's less that the clothes/styles are effeminate and more that you have an extremely wide definition of feminine
if you don't wanna wear some shit then don't wear some shit senpai

Well then it is perfectly possible to look good and be well dressed without looking feminine or like you care too much
Just wear good quality clothes that fit you perfectly, avoid hoodies and prints, get some good shoes and outerwear...

I have moved to a new city and been told that I dress like an 11 year old and it is alienating me from people. It doesn't bother me too much to change this but will changing how I dress change peoples perception of me ?

Because of the feminization of western society which is draining men of masculinity, stripping us of patriarchal structure and overall directly contributing to the downfall of society.

Sounds like you've got an overly broad definition of feminine. Men have a lot of alternative styles available to them, but categorizing everything that you aren't used to as feminine is a mistake. Get clothes that enhance your shoulders and natural male silhouette instead of hiding it.
