you really don't listen to music then. most earbuds are ass, beats are ass no ifs and buts, and headphones can serve as both a wonderful conversation-denier and a compliment to your clothes, to say nothing of their original purpose. I've yet to see any EDM-type of fuccboi wearing headphones, they typically can't afford anything more than EDC tickets and all their ecstasy so from the getgo it's already not a plausible situation.
anyways last time this thread happened here, I got inspired and bought a pair of Sony MDR7506's off amazon, aside from trying to work out something with the longass cable (studio-meant headphones, can't complain since I know what I was getting myself into) the headphones are great, they have a good profile and while 'big', they're not uncomfortable or clunky at all. and of course, the quality is great, as expected of studio-meant headphones. however, for hip-hop and other bass-heavy stuff, I recommend the Skullcandy Skullcrushers with the amplifier switch for bass. holy shit do they make your brain rattle, bass sounds great as well so even if you boost it all the way you don't get shitty sound unless it was shitty to start with.
