Cut your food up a bunch and eat a bit but not much. Also shift the food around so part of the plate looks empty. Then it looks like you ate more than you did.

I've had similar periods of time, and at least in my situation, it was a variety of factors:
- Less physical exertion (i.e. being more active now than you were then)
- More muscle mass than you had back then (a good thing, but will increase your caloric requirements)
- Less use of stimulants or appetite suppressants (e.g. caffeine, ephedrine, etc.)
- Stress or absence thereof (some people get hungrier with stress, others the opposite, but it can influence the situation)
- Water consumption (I've heard some people say it matters, cannot confirm)

Mix of machine, free weights, rowing, and body weight (push up/pull up). When no longer skinnyfat, I will be where I want. By that point, muscles will be good enough. If you're aiming for 70 you're more than likely risking being sized out of a lot of clothes.
I'm 5'0 and 83lbs and have to be very selective of brands to find stuff that fits. With an extra 13lbs off you'll even start being sized out of age 11-12 children's clothing in a lot of brands (the waist measurements are often around 23-25" inches because of children's differently shaped bodies with wider waists and narrower hips and by 70 you'll definitely have a sub 23 waist) and anything below will likely be too short because age 11 = 152cm in a lot of brands.

Just keep that in mind if you're thinking of going that low.

I carry my weight on my hips so I find my upper body hardest to fit, then my waist then my hips are relatively simple.

Anerican apparel works for skirts. A rule there is anything you hear plebs commenting "oh I didn't know they sell children's clothes hurr" to a display of adult clothing is a good indicator of a brand to try.
I find most of their tops too wide though.

Certain British high street brands aimed at young adults with a petite range can be a good shout for fit if not quality. Topshop and Miss Selfridge's UK4s can run a 23" waist in many items and often run smaller than their size chart suggests. I've got a pair of cigarette trousers from topshop that almost fit perfectly. Just had to take them in on the waist slightly. (But not all British high street brands are created equal. The others tend to run larger than that).

I've had people suggest uniqlo because of it being Japanese "everything is made small lol" but that's not really the case. Shoulders are always too wide, legs are always baggy and the 24" waist is never 24 inches.

Zara children's clothing is a surprisingly good tip. They have a lot of styles that don't look juvenile (if you ignore the styling on the website) and blend seamlessly into an adult wardrobe.

At this point I can't wear any tailored-fitted tops off the rack. Stretchy-fitted is also risky because in 99% of places the shoulders are too wide, but that's my own frame issue so might not be widespread at this weight.
I also can't wear bras because only custom order Polish companies cater to my underbust measurement so I just go without.

Ah okay, yeah the bra size thing is confusing to me because some of it is a ratio or something. I always thought A, B, C, D were the major sizes and then 30,32,34, etc was to fine tune it, but the D is the result of some formula to calculate cup size right?

Ratio is a good way to think of it. I'll get to that in a second. Part of the issue also comes from there being a movement at the moment to get bra companies in line with bra production methods - particularly in the US.

With modern bra production the band is intended to provide the support and be close fitting, as the elastic inevitable stretches over time, which means a bra that is loose to begin with will give no support from the band within a month or two.
But many bra companies are still pushing a method wherein you add 4 to an even underbust measurement and 5 to an odd then use difference between this measurement and bust measurement to find the cup. Which would put me in a band as wide as my bust measurement and cause mass slippage.

To make a better use of bras that aren't made with 1950s techniques the band measurement should be taken either from the exact underbust or the underbust +1 or 2 if that feels uncomfortable because you've been used to loose bands for a long time, and the difference between your underbust and bust measurement to find the cup. A = 1 inch difference, B = 2 etc.
So a B could have a 36 inch bust measurement or a 28.
And it means DD and up are not uncommon if you're sized properly.

The issue is it's mostly European, and especially Polish companies who are paving the way to more accurate measurements so the prevailing internet attitude is still D = giant and boobs are a mystery.

Change is already slowly edging in. The little bra company did a mass market collaboration with some American chain store, and they're a company already offering smaller band sizes (which is he main thing needed for companies to get up to speed).

Only a couple are offering sub 28 bands- Ewa Michelak and Comexim are in that area. But both are in Poland, require special request and cost a pretty penny. British department shops also tend to be alright for smaller bands, just not 26 or 24s.

Victoria's size to get a sale, not a fit.

I got fitted at VS once and the bra does fit well but the size they gave me there doesn't fit me anywhere else. Kinda annoying that every company sizes differently, sometimes you even need different sizes for different models.

I don't always have abdominal distention. I can avoid it by avoiding FODMAPs, I however have it when I have to eat a ton when I'm spending hours at the gym.

And I do not "bother getting thin", quite contrarily, I have stacked 7 kilos of muscle since last autumn.
