I poo my hair every morning since it gets super oily when I sleep, no matter what. Even if I'm cold all night and washed my hair before I went to bed it's still yuck.
I keep hearing that "oh your hair just needs to get used to not having shampoo", but I've tried and go full ham and only use poo every to every other week for months, and it still gets oily after one night.
Can it really be true that I have to wash my hair every day? It doesn't get dry at all and it's silky smooth, but I just hear everywhere that it's unhealthy for your hair :i

what you want to do is ween off. so use less and less shampoo then only shampoo every few days. if you can stop, then stop, if you cant, just use a very little bit of shampoo.

personally i havent used shampoo in almost four years. i usually just use warm/cool water. sometimes a little bit of soap if its been a while (camping etc) and my hair is fine.
