they're not effay in terms of bringing out individuality and stuff like that. these frames have been outplayed as fuck, seeing as anything with remotely larger square frames are referred to as "hipster glasses" and you can see people with midlife crises wearing them more often nowadays.
that being said, they're not bad in any way, they look fine, and if you have a round face these are your saving grace. Matte looks nice, it sure as hell doesn't seem like it from that pic doe. good luck taking care of that stuff too, gets marked super easily.
