I don't think she killed him directly, I think she hired someone to kill him. The way the bullet entered Kurt's head would be impossible if he shot himself, also he had 3 times the lethal amount of heroin inside of him. Courtney was also caught lying about what happened before the events of Kurt's suicide.

If you want to get into it just watch soaked in bleach, it has everything disproving it was a suicide.
