I beg to disagree, it's very unlikely,yes.

To pull of such a coat, you'd have to be at least 180 tall and have a pretty thin frame. The coat itself would have to fit you really well too. Seriously, it should not fit too wide anywhere.

So yeah, A thigh length coat would be a bit easier to pull off. And could look really good.
