Now I am INFP.

Getting degrees for fun, basically. I'm using some of my ill-gotten lawyerbux to fund extra degrees for myself because I very, very much regret my undergrad liberal arts degrees. The ultimate goal will probably be to get an M.S. or M.Eng, and then maybe try to swing an MBA and transition into the higher echelons (i.e. C-level) of some riskier business venture. Scholarships for good academics. But yeah, I'm mostly paying out-of-pocket. My salary is such where it's not exactly onerous.

There's absolutely nothing with law, but it just kinda has its limits. Law firms operate on "lock step compensation," which is a fancy term for "you get paid based on how long you've been here." No performance bonuses and, thanks to NY firms changing their policies and everyone following along, no high-hour bonuses. I already work about 1.5x the hours of the average firm associate, and it's not exactly a rewarding or fun life. I want to do something more ballsy and where I feel like I'm fucking making something, not just acting as the perpetual triage dude of partners' client of the day.

Plus, even if I did wait around enough, I'd have to buy into a partnership - meaning take out a loan to buy a share of the firm and then work the loan off. Fuck that nonsense.

Funny how this thread pops up right now. I had to rate some Pecha Kucha presentations last week. The newfags at my college made them, to check up on their presentation skills. One of the grills actually started her presentation with her personality type (already dropped in my head), saying she had the rarest personality type there is and bla bla. Next slide she went "I'm also bisexual". Made me sigh out loud.
