I know Redwing has a few moc toe pieces with their regular cork-rubber sole. Go for that.

the beckman cannot be dressed up, its profile doesn't look good with formal fits. it's really not a versatile boot at all, fits with heritage/workwear and that's about it.

I have the 875 and they've been my go-to boot for about 2 years now. They have a kind of unique color and stand out just enough so that they can be the highlight of your outfit, but are low-key enough to pair with most things.

Not him but in a lot of cases steel caps can be worse for crushing damage because if it is strong enough to fuck the steel up too you have to fish the remains of your toes out of a folded mess of steel.

smooth textures look great worn in with cap toes and traditional toe boxes

the red wings in suede or rough out look fucking AMAZING when worn down
