You don't look for one. Continue working on improving yourself and eventually you will find someone who you work well with together. If you are always seeking something then you will latch onto the first person who comes along and shows interest in you, and while that might work, it's probably better to be able to view the situation objectively rather than through a lens of desperation.

Also, focus less on the superficial side of things, judging someone based on wearing a specific style is very limiting and not productive for creating and maintaining relationships on any level (platonic, sexual w/e). If dressing well is important to you then you should be open to many different styles as long as they are well put together.
