A lot of people living in a small space doesn't make a city. It's just a lot of people.

Belgrade isn't culturally, culinary, fashionably interesting or interesting in any other way. People have Russian English accent and the clubs usually play screeching which my friend explained was their music.

I don't know, I didn't like the feel of it or the smell of it. I was there for only 2 weeks tho.
