Dinner: Bowl of vegetable soup and a olive/feta flatbread.
Snack: Pistachios or sundried tomatos.

Weekends:
Eat whatever I want in whatever quantity.

One bowl of oatmeal; I buy McCann's Irish- 1/2 cup with some cinnamon sprinkled on. As snacks go: just a cup of pistachios, maybe 3/4 of a cup of sundried tomatoes.
