I work at a Starbucks so I usually just replace breakfast with 2 large decaf americanos, which I believe is around 30 Calories total. I very rarely eat more than two meals a day, and I snack on a lot of chips and other junk. I don't drink pop, only water, coffee, and tea mostly, as well as an occasional beer or two when out with friends. I don't exercise at all, and sleep ideally between the hours of 3:00am and 1:00pm, unless I'm working. I spend most of my time at my desk or at work. I also take Zantac for my stomach because of a nervous stomach that bugs me.

advice on my routine pls. -- I dont want to gain muscle so i do; for 1min20secs a plank & then 6inches. then 30-35sit ups. i run occasionally.
