Can we get a tall and skinny thread going?

I'm 6'3 (190.5cm) and 155 pounds (70kg) and can't find shirts / sweaters / outerwear that fits me properly for the life of me. Mediums fit right around the chest and sleeves but are too short. Larges are perfect in length but too roomy around the chest and sleeves.

Where do you tall skinny guys get your basics from? What are your stats and what sizes do you wear?
