ITT: Androgynous fashion/lifestyle general

I've been really into androgynous fashion more and more lately, problem is that the majority of andro fashion I've found online is girls dressing tomboyish ect... And I'm in no way against it, but I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with male androgyny?

That pic is androgyny done wrong.

There's nothing wrong with embracing more feminine styles as a man if you have the body type for it, it's just very difficult to get the look right without just looking like a standard flamboyantly gay twink (ie OP's pic).

Go for neutral colours - if your outfit has too much colour it looks like you're trying to draw attention to how effeminate you look, which means you've strayed too close to twink territory. Top-heavy silhouettes are always a safe bet, wear oversized sweaters or parkas with skinny jeans. In summer, wear oversized tees and roll the sleeves up a bit. Cardigans can work if they drape well. As for shoes, chelsea boots are your best friend, Docs and other similarly chunky shoes work well if you really want that tumblr qt look, and brogues also won't go amiss.
Granted, you'll look pretty ridiculous with this style if you don't have a pretty, effeminate face. Keep your skin as clear as possible because acne will fuck your look up real quickly. Being skinny is a requirement too, that goes without saying. But try to avoid skinnyfat - having some definition in your torso is important as it contrasts well against your clothes and makes you look great. Plus, if you're a skinny low bf% guy, it's ridiculously easy to obtain and maintain a half-decent set of skinny guy abs. Carry yourself well, walk with your back straight and head forward, move with grace - speak with confidence and always appear sure about yourself, if people give you shit for looking like a girl, give them shit back - treat them with disdain and be cocky, but don't come off as immature about it - it's important to not appear weak, nervous, or insecure, or you just come across as a feminine loser whose balls haven't dropped yet.

Check H&M, they have some black jeans like that right now in the men's section. They're really thin and elastic so they're not uncomfortable like a lot of other men's skinny jeans and you don't have to worry about losing out on crotch space like you do with women's
