I buzzed my head on the 1st of October to a 2 on sides/back and 4 on top, which at this point isn't obvious at all since my hair is so blonde, but I wanted to know how long the top of your head should be until you can get a noticeable undercut with a obvious separation in the two lengths.

I'm trying to get it by Halloween, so one month of growth. I would be trimming the sides/back back down to a 2 or maybe a 1.

plain black skinny jeans are pretty easy to get anywhere. I know in Europe Levi's are expensive for whatever reason but that's what I have. Honestly you can get the same quality at H&M or topshop. Most brands sell 32 inch inseams by default & that's generally as short as they go. But getting jeans hemmed in is the easiest thing for any tailor to do, as well as the cheapest. I know a tailor in Chicago that hems in pants for something like 10 bucks. So just factor in a few pounds on top of the purchase price of the jeans and you should be good to go.
