Is there any where in Miami area today that resembles the kind of shit you see in Miami Vice?

Did it ever or was that just a creation of the studios?

The architecture/ art deco style is still here, most of the exterior shots and interiors of modern houses where filmed on location. The art deco style with neon is predominately seen in Miami Beach, although much of the houses in lower income areas show some resemblances to art deco style. Most of the neighborhoods still have the majority of the buildings shot for the show and in some cases entire neighborhoods haven't aged as much. As for fashion no on really dresses like Miami Vice here. The corporate working class around here isn't as liberal as to go along and wear things that the show represented as Miami. There is no fashion culture here in Miami, it ranges from tumblr users, to fashion victims, and predominantly people who don't care about what they wear. Gym culture is somewhat big here, you can still find old school gyms and mom/pop ones amongst the more national chains.

If I showed up to the club looking like a Nagel print what kind of reaction should I expect?

The majority of the clubs here play hip hop/ edm with the biggest one, Club LIV being exclusively top 40 edm and rap artists. There are no real dance clubs that play anything remotely to 80's hits or contemporary sythnpop.

If you want a good picture of what is like here think of Los Angeles, except with less culture and less asians and less fashion. The majority of passable fashion here revolves around expensive brands and boutique stores located around the higher ends of Miami Beach, Brickell(commercial/residental highrise). I love the city though regardless of all the excess and fake image people portray here it is growing extremely fast, this will be one of the main Cities in the US along with NYC,Chicago,LA,and Seattle in about 10 years.
