W2C been looking for a raincoat which fits well for taller people. Been thinking of copping the COS one.

Personally I don't like lightweight coats, makes me feel like I'm just wearing a 2nd shirt

Forget leather jackets, you're not going to find one that fits you and looks decent at that height. Sorry.

Moderate slim fit is clutch.

Don't buy skinny jeans or super skinny shirts.

Moderate slim fit is clutch.

Longer coats are clutch.

/fa/ shoes are clutch, just don't overdo it.

You already draw attention to yourself with your height, you don't want clothes that double that or you'll look like a clown.

Moderate slim fit is clutch.

Muted tones are clutch.

Moderate slim fit is clutch.

When you're tall and slender, i find that layers are your pal. Try to avoid really long and void garments, like that topcoat tbh, it just accentuates your height and slimness and makes you look gangly (unless that's what you're going for)

In addition to what i've said already, and what >>10370016 said, people like us really want to get garments that are FORM FITTING, as opposed to getting shit that hugs the fuck out of our long legs and torsos, especially if you're genetically unlucky and you weren't blessed with godlike proportions as a tall fag. I feel i'm fortunate in that respect; despite being 6'6" i'm neither fat nor sickly-looking thin, so finding pants and shit is less of a struggle for me then my other very long-legged tall bros (such as my brother who's 6'9" and my other brother who's 6'5")

where to cop longer basic T's? i heard that scandanavian brands are by default a little longer because the people there are usually a little taller.
w2c longer bombers or parkas?

I'm 6'4 and pants with a higher rise end up making my legs look a bit longer, and that kind of evens out my proportions a little bit. Long tees are easy to find. AA polycotton are long but I hate the material. the basic tees from GAP are a longer also, but it's GAP, so quality is subpar

idk if you're against ASOS but they have some decent quality t's in a longer fit that you can buy in multipacks and shit

6'5/190 lbs. Is it worth trying to get a suit OTR and tailored, or should I just hop straight into MTM?

what's the reason for you buying a suit
if it's for business or proffesional reason get it tailored

neither fit is anything special man

besides, this is a tall thread, return to the underside of your mongoloid bridge where you probably sell gasoline siphoned out of trailers and semi's ya cunt

>> No.10371161

That's not that tall, man. You're barely taller than ideal, so just dress well and you'll look better than most people wearing the same shit. Just don't be fat.

>> No.10371326

If you are tall everything looks good, as long as it's not made for manlets like Zara or asian labels.
