I had a pair for 3 years and they almost looked the same as the day I bought them. They're tough as shit. They only damage they had was on the heel from when I would take them off with the other foot without untying them.

i use them for the gym.
they are good for weightlifting. Relatively flat sole which doesn't compress too much.
Converse chucks are also good for weightlifting.

i tried these on a mall and couldn't believe so many people wear them. The tongue comes up laces stop halfway on the top of your foot and the tongue sticks up over your ankle. Zero support, shitty sole, shitty material. Most uncomfortable piece of crap I'd ever tried on.
