Drink a lot of water, i drink a pint every hour or two
ECA stack to reduce appetite
Cardio helps curb appetite

A few years ago i went from 340lb to 180lb in about 15 months living off tuna, eggs, chicken & vegetables combined with taking an ECA stack and exercising every day (cardio - running with pressups & situps).

I went back up to 240lb over the past 2 years due to depression and heavy drinking and i started losing weight again last month, i consistently lose 4lb a week but it'll drop down to 2-3lb a week the closer i get to my goal of 160lb.

You can do it, you just have to want it enough.

ive struggled with disordered eating all my life, i'm 24 and at the lowest weight i've been since i was a teenager (106 lbs, 5'3"ish) but... i dont want to 'recover' whatever that even means. i dont want to gain weight and get fat so i can please the stupid fat acceptance movement thats going on nowadays. is it acceptable to continue losing weight? it's so easy to just not eat after doing it for a while, your body just completely stops feeling hungry. so i'm at the point where i'm just going to keep letting it go on and see what happens, and in the meantime enjoy being able to fit into a size 2.
