I'm not gonna speak on behalf of anyone else but I think those are ugly as fuck for a few reasons
1) Weird white wedge base
2) Entirely too chunky
3) lots of layers and colors but it's just not visually interesting. All heft without any justification

overall it looks like the type of shoe the weird kid who ran between classes with his backpack pulled up to his neck in high school would wear.

i get that part of the fashionable appeal of it is that it's an ironic challenge to that preconceived notion a lot of people have about NBs, but it's still ugly no matter how much irony you slop on it at the end of the day.
