Don't wear those. They are commonly associated - at least in the US - with rent-a-cops and cheap security guards and shit.

Plus, if you ARE going for combat boots, you shouldn't go for those overwhelmingly teched-to-fuck ones, as it's kinda ugly.

Why not go for some jump boots? Corcoran has cheap ones that look OK.

I was gonna post in copperknot, but decided to use the boot thread. I am really tempted by these Visvim Serras. It is a step up from my danners and I found them in my size at a good price. I mostly wear EG, nonnative and vis in a granola grunge kinda way.

Just my opinion, but those are genuinely ugly. The overall shoe is huge, including the toebox, the color is awful, the plastic bit on the back looks cheap and silly, the padding near the back looks like a cheap workboot... eugh.

Hey I've been looking to get some Doc Martens. I want the 1460 style for men, but I can't find a simple brown in the classic smooth leather.
