Rainy season is beginning again in Montreal, and I'm considering copping a Flecktarn Parka for when it cools down.

Should I leave it natural? Or dye it? I've seen some with a black dye, but it gives it more of a tint, so theres still shade variation.

Also, how would I go about dying it?

Also, for dying it, you could go to Michael's and get a dye pack, not sure if they work for the fabric of your coat though. You could ask there.

I'd guess the dye wouldn't stay on forever and it depends about your wardrobe whether or not you need a darker tinted coat than the original one. The original one looks great though.

Why buy a camouflage jacket if you're just going to dye it? Might as well buy a regular black parka and stich a German flag on the shoulder

Like OP said, the camo doesn't disappear, plus milsurp is cheap as fuck, and they actually look pretty great.
