What's your grooming routine, /fa/? I'm trying to figure out a routine for myself, but I'd like to see some examples from you guys.

Figure your own shit out, it's not hard. How the fuck do you not know your basic needs for the day? Do you just wake up, look in the mirror, and not see what's wrong with your hair or not understand you have to wash your face every morning? How the fuck do you function in society?

Condition hair 3 times a week,
Shower with African Black Soap,
Exfoliate 3 times a week, Cleanse daily,
Brush teeth twice a day, floss daily
Lotion after every shower,
Trim/File nails weekly

So you shower and shampoo every day of the week and condition 3 times within that week?

Cleanse + Moisturize face, every day
Exfoliate + Moisturize face, every other day
Shaving - once a week

Shower - every other day (yes)
Use Nizoral shampoo every other time I take a shower, but usually just an aloe shampoo with leave-in conditioner afterwards

Least often is trimming nails because they don't grow that quickly, and I only trim as soon as I see a hint of the nail growing
