Do some calisthenics while not getting enough protein for mass.

He has arms, shoulders, chest and abs. No traps, obliques, or lats. So pretty much just bench and curl and ohp while not eating enough. Should take a year if you're not currently far.

Where are you at at the moment? Are you fat? Skinnyfat? or Skinny?

If you're fat or skinny fat, focus on losing fat. Low calorie diet, high in protein, and try to reduce simple carbs as much as possible without cutting actually cutting carbs from your diet. Cardio is your friend.

If you're skinny I still wouldn't recommend bulking, but you can be more forgiving with your diet and eating a bit more will help you fill out a bit.

In terms of routine, I would say do all the upper body basics, bench press, rows and pull ups, and overhead press, you can maybe skip rows and pull ups since they are a back exercise and this guy doesn't seem to have a very muscular back, but developing your back can make you fill out clothes very well.

Those are the basic exercises, now, the more specific stuff, do curls to make your arms grow, and work your abs, crunches should do the trick. Don't think you need anymore specific exercises.

Didn't include legs both because you aren't asking for legs and because big thighs make it fucking difficult to fit into pants and be /fa/.

Remember that if you're on the heavy side, 70% of the work is going to lose fat to gain definition.

Maybe I can answer questions if you have.
