Any tips as far as hats go? /fa/ styles or good places to shop?

Background for asking since I feel like an idiot:

My hair is pin straight from the roots, meaning it sticks out (I'm white but it's nearly Asian levels). Gravity takes care of the top but the sides can't be helped. All my life it was either cut it super short or grow it out so it would weigh itself down.

In college I started wearing tight fitting baseball caps for a few mintues to force it down. I found that if I did it for 20-35 minutes right out of the shower then the sides would stay down most if not all of the day. Only thing that undid it was sweat or humidity.

So....in a month I'll be in Korea/Japan, at the height of their humid and hot summers. I'm looking for a hat that I can casually walk around in and not look like a fucboi. I'm thinking a low key, loose fitted, no logos just grey on black rim or something. I never wear hats outside of the house so I don't know.

Sorry this is so long but, ideas? any help is appreciated
