I can't give you exact brands, but:

The top is a long-sleeved henley. Looks very much like one from American Apparel, given how it pulls at the buttons a bit.

Pants are just basic chinos in a gray-blue color. You could probably find something equivalent from somewhere like J.Crew. They may be some sort of technical fabric, though, it's hard to tell.

Boots look pretty similar to stuff you can get from Red Wing / Wolverine / Chippewa. Just beat up.
