The only way you can do a dress watch dial better is by moving way up market to ultra-luxury tier where dials are solid sterling silver or brass or gold. Gave regulating my watch another try today, it's honestly pretty fun keeping track of it. In the few months I've owned it, it's been very consistent, +/-2SPD, but it always loses time. Last time I got about -10SPD out of it, the other day I got it down to -4SPD, but ideally I want to be at about +2SPD, so I've over tweaked it slightly this time.
