How else do you expect to be able to walk if it didn't happen you would be fucked

>> No.17203088

use a shoe tree
pay less attention to brand names and more attention to the kind of leather used and how it behaves
take a deep breath and accept that fact that your foot does in fact bend. it's OK for leather to develop character through use.

Get some dutch wooden clogs, they won't crease, family.

Those are not loafers.
Leather will crease regardless of the price you've paid

These are not loafers
3000 usd does not buy you a lot of quality
Use cedar shoe trees.

If the shoe trees are those with springs, fold the spring well in halves in the middle, otherwise they will break the back of the shoe.

Leather shoes will crease if you walk in them. Shell cordovan rolls more than creases, but you'll still be able to see where the shoe folds after wear. Creasing and rolling isn't a big deal. I don't know why some on /fa/ got it into their head that it is.

What is a quality loafer to you? What exactly did you buy? You’re probably just a retard that overpaid for garbage.

There's gonna be some creasing in $ 2,000 bespoke shoes using the best leather. Creasing is natural and unavoidable.

You can buy a perfectly nice pair of loafers for ~$300. They just won't have the same level of handwork or the patina of a more expensive pair.

The creasing in the OP is very obviously not loose grain.
