How can I find/buy/get this dress given it's an edited/changed version of soemthing from a thirft store? Help is relly appreciated. Am a bit obsessive about this ugh.

Unless you plan on making a dress exactly like she did in the video, look for key terms. From the look of the picture, the dress has puff sleeves, a shirred bodice, and an empire waist. it's kind of a babydoll dress look.
