my hair is very long and curly. about half of my hair - mostly the front half - looks really great. The other half or so - the back half of my head - is dry and dull and I can't seem to make it look good so I assume its damaged, probably because I find it difficult to wash.

What's the best cause of action here? People say to shave head and start over for super damaged hair, which some of my hair is due to not looking after it well and thinking that no poo = a hair routine. However, some of my hair looks great. Is such a situation salvageable without cutting everything off?

I've been letting my hair grow for a while now, pic related. There's a few inches difference between the length at the sides and the back and I was planning to wait until the sides touched my shoulders and then get the lengths evened up all around, however I've got an interview coming up.

Company culture is casual and I already know that it's okay to interview without a suit, but should I do something about the length difference?

(Was also considering returning to a #6 and #4 buzz which I used to have, but I feel like I've come too far to give up now and am terrified about what such a change would be like)

Not sure what to do with the frizz in my hair.
I use coconut oil shampo + conditioners, my moose has a mixture of argon, jojoba and rosemary and ive cut out any gels or hairspray 3 months ago.
Been trying to grow it out so i havent gotten a cut in 3-4 months.

How to style very thin/fine hair?

This is how it looks when I don't put any product in it - I try to do a simple comb to the side, but it's so light that it ends up going all over the place, hence why it looks shit. If I try putting product in it, even if I use a really small amount, it ends up making my hair look really clumpy, wet and greasy, and I still can't get a proper style. What should I do with it?

If you want volume just blow it with a hair dryer afterwards and use a curler brush (after applying mousse).

How to I make my hair fluffier?

Any sort of product I put into my hair seems to just mold it into one big block. I'm looking to make the individual hairs more distinguishable so my hair looks messier instead of like hitlers.
