you just live in a fashion deadzone

currently live in one myself, but still occasionally see neat shit. a guy had Qasas at my work the other day, also seen Margiela futures and a few pairs of CPs around

back when I lived in SF I saw Rick stuff fairly commonly

yeah that;s the reason to live in bellingham, everyone here is really into manbuns, burkenstocks, and weird sweaters. I like the fashion here but cant imagine seeing what people wear in a place like new york or something

Hey, I live here too. It's a small city, so that's part of it. High fashion just isn't going to be big outside of the largest cities, maybe with the exception of high income areas. That's another other part of it: we're a college town with a high transient student population, and there aren't a lot of well-paying jobs for younger people here, so they're just not going to have the kind of discretionary income to afford nice cops.

The general clothing culture tends more towards fitting in in that outdoorsy Northwest way if you're normal-tier, or thrifted clothes for the more adventurous.

rick ONLY works with a metropolitan concrete backdrop

There are certainly hotspots where it is highly concentrated. In my city you typically see geobaskets and rickidas etc around chinatown or Givenchy Towers.
It's usually geos, generic black sweatpants with white drawstrings, givenchy tee, versace cap. Or as we call it, middle class mainland chinese.

Just the other day saw a bunch of kids wearing giuseppe zanottis and christian loubotin sneakers. All asian
