If you have problems with bleeding gums brush you teeth for 2weeks with 50/50 water/oxygenated water and baking soda.
It will stop bacterias and stuff. If the bleeding are chronical go see a dentist to have a dental scrap.

Good jaw development practically ensures good teeth. Our teeth get fucked up because environmental factors prevent our face/jaw from developing as genetics intended them to, so while the genetic blueprint keeps the teeth (and the flesh of the nose, for that matter) the same, they grow in crowded because the jaw never expanded enough to accommodate for them. Lack of jaw development can be contributed to such factors as not being breastfed which enables the infant to learn poor breathing techniques and provoke growth of the jaw, and allergies, as both options will cause mouthbreathing and hinder forwards cranial growth. Thank your mom if she breastfed you, or if your parents didn't allow you pets... or genetics if you had them anyway but wasn't affected. Don't use formula on your children, /fa/.

My mouth is proper fucked. Not enough space for my tongue, teeth grinding each other into dust, missing an upper-right lateral and my upper-right cuspid has a "rice grain" issue.

6 months into my braces though, it's kind of neat being able to already see the changes.

Another year and a half before I'm ready for surgery to drill a new lateral, place a crown on the cuspid, and slice my entire upper jaw to reposition it.
