found this historic pic and really liked the style of the gentlemen in the front left.

nowadays trousers with band on the bottom end to the shoes are mostly joggingtrousers or something similar, but nothing really what people wear as formal clothing, to work or even as a suit. dont know why but I hope that changes now again.
anyone knows trousers with this band which doesnt make your look like a nigger in compton but have style?
