My friend, here is what you must do:

Take the highest-res photo of the shirt you have, scan it into Photoshop or Vector Magic, and resize to like 8000x8000 px at least. That will take care of the Bart part of the shirt.

Then, Photoshop a good quality image of Mandela waving on to the top .Clean it up a bit more.

After it's ready, have one of those T-shirt companies make that shit into a shirt for you.

You've been here for 5 years looking for this shirt. Do something about it.
