It's hard to explain.

I feel as if I get treated better in most situations.

I've received a lot of free stuff: coffee, pastries, meals, etc. From girls who work at local coffee shops and restaurants.

Also, I get approached a lot by people who are just asking for general advice or to ask what I do for work. So it also makes you more approachable.

As an attractive male, it makes certain parts of life easier, and it makes certain kinds of situations more comfortable, but life is generally the same as it is for any male.

Allow me to elaborate:

If you're thinking of it in the sense of picking up women or something, it makes the initial attraction easier or non-verbal attention getting easier, but past the first 5 seconds of talking to a person you're attracted to, you're in the exact same place as a less attractive or shorter, more awkward guy. When you're out at night girls don't give a shit if you can't talk to them. Guys much less attractive than me do much better with women.

You will eventually realize that you put insecure men on edge just by being around and you will make girls with trust issues or a rocky past reminded of their past mistakes with a handsome guy.

Also, life is not the same as being of an equal level of an attractive female. You do not have inherent value as a man just by being attractive. There will not be women out there who will want to marry you or "take care of you" just to have you around or get access to your genetics. You must produce value for society in some way. It sounds objective and PUAish, but it's true.

And, girls that are on the same level of attractiveness, or even less than you, will not consider themselves like that. They will still think they are better than you, and have a warped view of society. That should not be an excuse to anybody however, as most attractive women have to be like that to avoid bullshit, for reasons above.

In a non-sexual viewpoint, in the corporate world, it certainly helps. Networking and making first impressions is easier, and you will be able to command groups or get attention when you're speaking. But of course, like above, being attractive will have no more effect than by just being charismatic or confident.

So yes, overall, not much changes by being pretty, at least from a male perspective.

Being hot/pretty is pretty good, girls approach you more often and you get better treatment from other men at similar levels of attraction. Those uglier than you often regard you with suscipion and attempt to deride or undermine you to try and counteract your attractiveness. As a previous anon stated, if you don't have the confidence to match then you might as well be ugly because girls are less likely to fuck a pretty face with no other inhibitions than guys are.

For reference a lot of girls I know have told me I'm a 8.5-9. I'm still insecure because I believed myself to be ugly as fuck for 5 years or so, and now that I realise I'm decent it's hard to transition to a point where you actually feel desired by people.
