Do any of you /fa/gs suffer from puffy nipples/gyno? I have had puffy nips for almost 10 years now and I only feel comfortable with my own body in the colder months so I can cover it with layers.

I'm 181 cm and 76 Kg, fit and lift 4 times a week. I had bloodwork done befopre and nothing is wrong with my hormones, so what I have is probably residual puberty gyno with almost no gland (I can't feel anything hard underneath my skin). Surgery is not an option because my insurance won't cover it.

Do you have it? How do you hide it?

Yeah man, i have it and HATE it. Still losing weight. From 99kg 183cm to 84kg. Wanna get down to atleast 72kg. Hopefully it won't be a problem then. P.s. how do i lose weight in my legs? My upper body isn't that bad (minus the nipples) Most of my weight is in my legs.

ignore other replies, you cannot control where the fat in your body is lost, if you're losing weight dont change up your routine, the fat will go from where your genes decide. no amount of area specific training will influence that, although working the muscles of areas can make them appear slightly less fat via you having more muscle tone in the area.

I drink nothing but water, coffee, and tea. I make sure I eat fruit, grains, vegetables, some meat, almost on a daily basis. I even gave up gluten a couple years back, only having it occasionally these days. It's certainly not my diet. I don't actively exercise, but my job does call for me to be moving around 8 hours a day. I just don't feel like any exercise would fix the issue, I think it's deeper than that.

puffy nips are defiantly caused by low testosterone when I was on hormone blockers for 2/half years I started growing puffy nips towards the end. I think my hormone level around this time was 17 or 9 (this is a Australian test? not sure what measurement). my T levels are down to 0.8 now and im not sure what they where before the hormone blockers I imagine much higher but they haven't got any more puffier etc than they did just on the blockers so to me that says they are not a "feminine" trait but just a trait caused by a different balance of things or low T. and I was mid to late 23 by the time the nips showed up so my testosterone would be naturally dropping at that age any way. Girls get puffy nips too thou so I don't think its totally a sign that your feminine because all girls have low testosterone basically
about 0-7 which is lower than the range when i started getting them i guess? I think its probably caused by a balance sort of thing so I wouldn't advise thinking of it as a sign of weak manhood etc and I don't think taking testosterone for sexual performance is a good idea I think it only makes sense for bodybuilding as I bet you can still get a boner right? (because keeping a boner have nothing to do with T). Also thinning hair and low energy have nothing to do with low testosterone. however even if your genetically disposed to it even low levels of testosterone could be enough to make your hair start falling out because of your genetic make up at a set age especially because your about my age at 26 which is sort of older. With this in mind I don't think it would be wise to start testosterone because you could loose all your hair while if you don't start T and put up with the nips you could have decent hair cover for the rest of your life. my advice would probably be to look into your energy levels and ignore every thing els.

>> No.9906951 [DELETED]

>>9906935
Another thing to consider is hair thinning/falling out does happen from stress / life / emotions etc and if your on 4chan stressing about your abnormal nipples then I would say this is pretty likely. But yer just because your on FA you should probably change your diet just in case that's it but nothing too extreme maybe get a iron and all possible Bvitamins test done. But yer cant stress this enough I wouldn't recommend going on testosterone. And ultimately I would recommend trying to think of them as just a chill part of your body operations suck and I don't even know if increasing your testosterone would remove them you know? but it could remove your hair so its not worth the effort I think

>> No.9906980

I've got it on only one nipple which looks fucking silly (used to have it on both, but one recovered). Right now I'm losing weight and exercising (right now I'm 1.85/77kg), but if that doesn't help I'll consider surgery.

>>9906093
average female testosterone is 0-7 I started getting puffy nips when my testosterone was some where between 9-17 and it had been at a reduced level for 2/half years because I was on hormone blockers.

when you consider this and then consider that puffy nips are rare in both girls and guys I think its safe to assume its not a sign of low manhood or femininity but more of a imbalance/developmental TIMEING based thing and once they form they don't go away. Your worries about Low energy and THinning hair caused by Testosterone is wrong thou these two things could both be caused by emotional factors. or even thou your thinninghair and you "think" you have abnormally low testosterone it could actually be MPB because that's more genetic and even with low testosterone it could still be enough and taking T would just amplify it rapidly which is what you don't want if your low confidence. With this in mind and especially at your age I wouldn't recommend taking Testosterone because you could loose all your hair in the next 3 years while if you don't take it you could have thick hair for the next 30 years? do you understand?

also because your on /fa you should probably completely change your diet. I know this is hard to do but I bet you diet weird every one on fa does so change that and see how your energy goes. also maybe get Iron and Bvitamins blood tested for the thin hair. If you have no other physical problems I think that's as far as you have to go.

realise this thou this is really important information.

so before 20 girls have very divergent levels of hormones so one girl might be 1000 and another 240 or 100 when the girls get closer to 20 on average they all end up with about the same hormone levels around the age 20.

for guys before 20 they are all about the same and puberty is pretty standard for them all however after 20 some run on lower levels of testosterone while some run on much higher levels and ultimately both male and female drop over decades

>> No.9907060

>>9907004
what this means is that before 20 girls have a wider difference in hormones meaning some look older or younger than others. and for guys after 20 some look older or younger than others. this linked with a society that thinks girls peak or are "no longer good" after 21 means that that myth that guys age slower than girls exists for every one from about 20-45 even thou its not actually true its just from 20-45 most women are same hormone levels so they cant look super young or super developed for their age like girls can under 20. This creates a myth of age around sex hormones people think testosterone just makes you better which it doesn't it actually makes you look older. This also means anti aging clinics prescribe Testosterone to make males feel/look younger which is actually wrong higher testosterone levels make you appear older to the average person however they do make you feel younger its common for a 19 year old male with highest testosterone levels he will ever have in his entire life looking like a 30 year old I remember it happening to a lot of my friends and now that they are 26 they look younger.

Any way back to your nipples.

My advice would be to not have operation on them because that's the only real way to get rid of them because scares in that sensitive area would look bad in that area. I would say consider what I have said and realise its a abnormality not a sign of femininity (you can grow them with out any female hormones like I did) and maybe just focus on your energy and confidence. which both unfortunately are not effected by testosterone unlike what socialising might make you feel that's all social conditioning.

denim dan you have a very similar body shape to me I'm this guy >>9912269

long legs, short torso, barrel chest. what size waist are you?

>> No.9912517

>>9912485
My waist is a 30 but I buy size 38 pants. It's because I often do the 'up and tuck' with erections and I therefore need to leave room for my considerable girth.

>> No.9912547

I have gyno on my left side only. It's not major, but I still hate it.

Seems like I'm not the only one with a deformed chest. Thanks for writing all that, it made me learn a bit more.Btw guy with the pectus carinatum, how did they fix with you?
They say I'll have 2 scars of 3cm and one of 1 cm for inserting a camera during operation.

I have this too, and as pathetic as this sounds I have denied sex because of it. Not too mention I pretty much never take my shirt off.

Dude.

No.

At least get sex. That's just depressing.
