If you have thin wrists, you're most likely an ectomorph, which means no amount of bodybuilding will help with your wrists. I've seen pro bodybuilders with thin wrists. Even specially target that area won't help much.

I have tiny wrists and pretty poor eyesight when it comes to reading small print. I have to have a larger watch. I think they can still look good as long as I don't wear a 50+mm Invicta or something garishly large like that. No pics onhand but my main watch is an Eco-Drive, 44mm. I don't remember my wrists size. I think it might be 7.5". May be wrong on that
