What is the best footwear for camouflaging disproportionately large feet? I'm 5'8" 120lbs and I wear a size 11 shoe. Needless to say everything I put on my feet looks ridiculous.

It's probably because of his height-weight ratio. Assuming OP has skinny legs, size 11's can look unproportional. Shoe sizes only vary by centimeters, but the overall silhouette makes the small differences noticeable.
