Hey guys, new to this board. I'm interested in buying these Marsell shoes:

They are listed as size 42.5 UK. I know Marsell runs large, so I'm on the fence on buying these. I normally wear a US 10-10.5 (10.5 Adidas Sambas, 43 CPs, 9.5 doc martens, 10.5 chucks).
I'm slightly confused about the sizing. I asked the guy for the measurements and he said around 30.5 cm for the insole, which seems like a lot. I saw another pair of Marsells that were size 43 or 44 I believe that said they were 13 inches across, which is barely any bigger than these. I also saw a site that listed CPs (size 43) as being 30.5 cm too, which would mean they are the same size. Am I measuring this wrong? Do I need to take something else into account when thinking of these measurements?
These seem like they could fit me based on the sizing label alone, but 30.5 seems much larger than I had anticipated.
