Ignoring the the sheer stupidity of the idea that there's some elusive, Platonic form of "being /fa/", I am with you on not wearing blue denim. I generally don't wear much blue at all, unless it's a navy or midnight blue suit or tux, respectively (not that I have a million reasons to wear a tux, but that's an example of a time I'd wear a shade of blue). They're definitely fashionable, though that's certainly different than saying they are functional (though obviously they are, via >>9792009) Like anything, it depends on the shade of blue, the colors of the other items in the ensemble, the cut of all the clothing, and how all of those things look on the person in question. Plus, it's all subjective anyway so you could just be somebody that doesn't enjoy it, and that would be all there is to it.
