H&M has plenty of shirts for you to choose from that are cheap and disposable. Don't be a fag, stick to white (with stripes if you want diversity), grey, and shades of blue. No black, purple, etc.

Uniqlo for pants. The one near here even tailors them for free, not sure if that's standard or not.

Tiebar.com for neckties, they're cheap but decent quality. Invest in a few versatile ones that can go well with most of your shirts. This allows you to change things up and easily create more outfits with minimal clothing.

Buy a used watch somewhere. Go for a traditional design, not a digital one.
