Is no poo a real thing or is it some kind of cruel joke that you people play on unwitting strangers? I stopped using shampoo 3 weeks ago and it's still disgusting and greasy. I'm washing it with shampoo first thing tomorrow.

puberty makes your hair greasy, you should finish before you go no poo

I don't no if no-poo is the way to go honestly.

Shampoo minimalism seems the best option to me. You don't want to be using shampoo on your hair everyday, especially if you have dry hair or scalp. I shampoo maybe once a week, sometimes more if I notice it's more greasy. Every other day I'll either scrub it with water or use conditioner (conditioner has mild cleaning properties plus it can make your hair smell nice if you're feeling self-conscious about that).

No one regimen is going to work for everyone, you need to learn your hair's type, what damages it and what makes it better, etc.

I haven't shampooed in like a year and I love it.

main purpose of no poo is to get back natural oils back into your hair as well as balance oil levels

find a routine that works for you, lurk more and do your research

It takes a while to crank down for some people. Personally, after shampooing once a week then once every two for quite a while, I stopped for over a month so far.

Obviously you have to rinse your hair once a day in cold water, and do some abrasion before hand to get dead skin loose.

My flakes aren't perfectly gone, but my scalp is 10 x better than it used to be.

I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone though.
