Haha yeah I actually made that album back when this whole thing was starting out around last summer. It's mostly just Our Legacy SS lookbooks and some Dana Lee stuff.

I really like this fit here and I reckon it fits in with the palewave aesthetic perfectly but you'll get a bunch of people pointing at the black and grey shirt and saying "not pale, replace it with a white tee so you look like half the other fits" posted in these threads.

Granted that jacket is pretty saturated but if it was worn over a predominantly washed out fit it could actually look pretty cool and wouldn't be terribly out of line with other pale fits

I think the best way is to submerge them completely in diluted bleach water THEN wash them. Do not add bleach and then wash, it will prolly come out uneven. There's some good guides out there

Dry package. Haven't tried pima but dry package is pretty damn soft and works well for me.

why the fuck is it so hard to find slim fit pale jeans that are faded uniformly with none of that pre fade whiskers and shit. literally hours of searching, heres all ive found:

- levis 511 light wash- offered through urban outfitters but not in my size
- norse projects sunwashed denim - discontinued, hard to find
- patrik ervell light stonewash- grail, but too expensive
- american apparel regular fit 100 - best option so far, but slightly too dark and i dont like the high waisted pseudo-retro look

Palewave should not just be about literally everything in the fit being pale, that's just stupidly restrictive and leads to a load of people losing sight of the aesthetic. The way I see it it's about a *generally* washed out colour palette, looser fits and a general softness and lack of rigidity in the feel of the whole look. I personally don't think that technical fabrics really fit into this. The OL white bomber is sort of an exception, it's nice and goes with a few of these looks but I think its popularity has partly come out of the fact that /fa/ has a boner for techy bomber jackets in general for some reason. I think a better material for a pale bomber would be sand or tan suede, like the bomber Seinfeld always wore in the show but perhaps a bit lighter.
