Its canonet ql17 gIII, and I bought it in like 2009, payed around 300PLN. It had all seals replaced, and was generally freshened up, with everything working and in good condition, except maybe for the self-timer, which you should never use on vintage cameras anyway (risk of locking the shutter for good). It's a very good camera, esp. for this price. Replacement batteries are widely available, don't remember the name but just google the LR designation or sth.
