I cut my hair on my own with a hair cutter and want to have a haircut like in the pic (it's Dr. Josef Mengele btw.).
But what is a good length in the longer side parting which goes all over the head from front to rear?

my head has average size and a bit longish and hair is more thin and I use american crew forming cream which works perfectly.
I'm german and in no way I will carry a picture of this guy in public.
So, concrete question: a, b or c as length from forehead to back of head?
