SO! A girl cut my hair about a month or so ago, said it would grow back in a way that the fringe would be thick and the rest would be what I asked for.

I now have a very thin haired fringe and the rest is too short to do anything with.... What can I do to fix this? What haircuts could I fix this with? Devil lock fringe? :/
