Not sure how old you are, but your haircut makes you look like a kid.
Don't do an undercut or HY, it would look really silly on you. Only male models can pull that off without looking ridiculous.
Just cut it all off, man. Get it really close on the sides with about an inch on top. you would look 100 percent better with short hair.
