Since I can't find a good pair of curved Julius denim, I decided to just re-sew them myself. I plan on buying a pair of Uniqlo Black jeans since they have a 34" inseam. But the question is, should I do this on some skinny jeans or slim jeans? I'm going to have to take in the legs a lot to get a proper curve, so I'm thinking slim. I've got a small diagram drawn up as a base, for those who own Julius denim, does this silhouette look pretty accurate?

The long inseam is what makes them stack, but the curve holds them in place so that they don't pile up at your ankle when you walk.

please, save yourself some money and some time and don't do this. J leg pants are patterned purposely to create that shape and stack. Grain and shaping of seams are taken in account to make everything work.

If you cut the pants like you're planning, the grain will be all over the place and you won't achieve >>9356038

I think you made the right choice using the two packs.

my flecktarn is 20% polyester and it looks about that same as yours, but that's after using a rit dye.

I used 2x packs of Dylon on mine and only got a little bit of darkening. Though that could possible be due to not having the washing machine heat on max and using a top loader (had it on medium, but used max heat for the Rit attempt).
